Overview

FarmRover is the field-deployed version of Harvora’s plasma nitrate system: a mobile unit that can be driven into place, produce fertilizer on site, and support localized nutrient delivery where conventional supply chains are unreliable.

How it works

The unit carries Harvora's Submerged Bubble-Arc Corona Reactor, which generates nitrate solution from air and electricity, then applies it in a controlled way for the field or farm edge. The current design emphasizes remote operation rather than full autonomy.

Performance & Impact

Key metrics observed during field testing and early deployments.

Production: 150 L of nitrate solution per hour, at 12–18 ppm NO₃⁻
Power: 1.3 kW (fertiliser production only); 4 kW (fertiliser + rover operation)
Carbon: Net-zero / carbon-negative in lifecycle terms (reduces shipping emissions)
Stage: Field testing (MVP)
Plant results: ~70% boost in plant biomass; ~60% increase in germination rate (early field data)
